so I've gotten back to the torso armor, I decided to use the scraps we have for it since that's the least expensive way available to me right now Last night I figured out which pieces will go where and tried to keep the leather cutting to a minimum. I've only done the back so far but here's the puzzle:  After I assigned them each a spot I lifted them one by one drawing the basic shape of the piece onto the garment leather and giving each a number so I could easily replace them. Then I beveled and edged each piece. I just finished dying the pieces, I have to decide which ones will be painted green, but when I get home this afternoon I'm gonna put one or two more layers of dye on, then buff them, God I hope this looks okay when it's done.  |

 Buffed and put on the armor, perhaps this weekend I will paint the bottom dark green and rivet them on, WOO! I can't wait to be done. |

I'm not a historical character, HA! It's not finished, I still have to put the green paint on, and the buckles, AND the whole front piece.
Dev pointed something out that is entirely true, when most people talk about how awesome people's armor is they're really talking about the Pauldrons, so... once I finish those the armor should look great.
