11-11:30 -- Troll and weapons check open
12:30(ish) -- Pickup battles
1 – 5:00 -- Res battles
After 5:00 -- Food!


The once free peasants are under the control of Lord Stephen….again. Lord Stephen fought with a vengeance last Labor Day and quashed the antonymous collective the peasants had created the year before.
At first the peasants were happy to once again be bossed around, unfairly taxed, and put to death by Lord Stephen and his men. But after a year of the regular same-old same-old they’re getting tired of it all and are starting to fee...l a little rebellious. So here we go……

The Peasants are Revolting! ...Again.

Join Drentha and Angaron on Saturday, September 4, as the peasants try once more to win themselves a better life. Fight for freedom from oppression... or fight for Lord Stephen and put the peasants back where they belong.

good times are usually had when we visit our historically accurately garbed friends to the north. This is the first weekend after alot of us get back to school. We should try to represent as well as we can at this one. We've been showing quite well at other realms' events, lets keep it going and get Maeth's name out there.

That could work. I'm probably not doing anything that weekend. The day after, Sunday the 5th, could work as our welcome back event.

wait. 2 days worth of fighting? that would be fantastic. That is a Tremor Brothers' dream.

could work. campus moves back on Aug 28th so that gives us a week to recruit freshmen. gonna be a good event this year. hopefully we can get a good nightstalker showing so that some freshmen will join them as well so UK has some competition for units. i'll start up another thread for Welcome Back Event stuff

How many people with cars do we have going? I know I'll need a ride and I can provide cash monies to someone with a vehicle

Vors--my mom and I could give you a ride, long as nothing comes up between now and then. Do you need us to pick you up from your house, or what?
(Oh, and do I need to bring my waiver form-thingy with me? No idea, cause this would be my first event, and all.) In terms of cars, mom'll probably be driving the suburban, cause I'm gonna drag my brother along to watch, if that's okay.

school will already be in session by then so i'll be up at IUP. if i can catch a ride with you from there thatd be awesome since it would free up a space in someone elses car. as long as your mom is there at the event she can just sign the guardian's release part of the waiver at the event, though you can print a copy and have it filled out before we get there if you so choose, but waivers are always provided by the host realm/unit at events.

if i remember correctly weapons check starts at about 11 and i think its about an hour to hour and a half to get there so wed want to leave by about 10 am. i dont remember if they charge for the event since its been 2 years since i've been at this event, but its probly about $5 or less. i'll see if i can get some more info and i'll post it
