Pre Gates Challenge extended.

I speak for a war band that wishes to challenge the combined forces of Maethodoron to combat. As I have noted desire on your part for a practice of group combat before the event of Gates of Fire our challenge and your desire for practice align.

We will be present in the oak grove on the 19th day of April expecting to meet at least a token resistance. If you fear the challenge and do not respond to our call it will be noted. If however you have the spleen needed to face our might we will as good a practice against an unknown group with unknown tactics and capabilities as can be expected.

As this would be your last chance to readjust any failing tactics before battle you would be foolish to turn us away. Further as we challenge you on your home ground it would look ill of you to not meet us on the field.

Any message that you wish to relay to me can be posted here as I will be watching. However we will be there on the third Sunday of the month of April to engage any that wish to even lacking a proper response here.

We are actually planning a pretty large practice that day so you can look forward to quite a few people out to challenge you!!! Hope to see all of you out there! Can you give me an estimate of numbers?

There will be around seven of us.

As to it being obvious that there would be people for us to fight at one of the scheduled practices, well things happen and people may arrive later or not at all. Some of our members have time constraints and in order to make sure they did not need to leave before a battle would be able to happen I wanted to inspire a sense of "we gotta get there before they get bored and wander away or they will call us cowards."
Of course since I have seen the posts for warsong I am confident that there will be some one there to fall before us before some of our blades need to meet other obligations.

No, that's fine, it's always best to ask ahead. I don't know if it was a coincidence that Cyrus planned the Warsong battle, but it certainly seems to have worked out!
