I just made a sword with a stabbing tip out of blue foam and the squishy open cell from a hunter's cushion (for the tip) on Thursday. One layer from the hunter's cushion was enough, although it hasn't gone through a weapons check yet.

yeah, that type of cushion is really nice, but fairly expensive. my stabbing tips are ok but i'm trying to get magnus to tell me how he made his cause they were nice. cost sometimes is worth it for a good stabby. stab points on clubs are pretty easy though

Right, I'm at Big Nova's place right now, but when I go back to Zolothan's house I'll take pictures of the sword, its in his garage.
