I'm going to say no, Cyrus doesn't own the rights to dagorhir, we can parody certain things, however, the rights to Dagorhir the name and the idea of Dagorhir Battle Games are owned. So if you wanted to make a commercial technically you'd have to get permission from someone.
Realms can promote themselves and use the Dagorhir name and logo as they see fit, it's given to us in the contract, but you have to make all dagorhir adds as if they were for the realm.
And yes, i'm sure someone by now owns the rights to powerthirst. Just because it's on the internet doesn't make it free license.
