The Unremarkable Tales of Meroidoc

[Meroidoc]

Meroidoc reclines by the fire, soaking in his defeat during the last battle. Even though he recently started working as a mercenary, he still takes this invasion personally. They have come in and overrun the only land that he could almost call home. Ever since the massacre that was the beginning of the war, Meroidoc has been at work honing his muscles and skills with Kenshin.

Mero has been searching far and wide for better metals to make weapons from and for better smiths that he can learn from. If at all possible, he will make sure this type of slaughter will never happen again…. As soon as the other side doesn’t offer him more.

Soon he will travel north with fellow mercenary Izad in search of metals, cloth and foods that will be used, hopefully for the side of good; at least the world’s view of “good”.

[Velkin]

Velkin, seeing Meroidoc as his big brother, would follow them to the very heart of death. This being known Velkin follows Mero from the shaddows. Velkin feels he did not prove himself in the invasion and is looking to prove to his bro that he still can fight.

The increase in activity around the areas where Meroidoc has been hiding, is starting to drive him stir-crazy....

"Soon.... You will all pay for what you have done..." he says quitely to himself...
