Weapons Making for All

I'm sure many of you have already heard about this nearly five times over now, but just getting it out once more.

There will be a weapons making session in the commonplace coffee house for anyone who wants a sword and wants to know how to make swords or clubs. Swords will cost $6 each. We are starting at 2:00 PM on Saturday!

Try to let us know if you can come so we know how much to purchase in regards to supplies.

You do not need your own core, foam or tape. All you need is the $6 and that will cover all costs!

will we be helping them with weapon covers as well? i dont think everyone has easy access to a sewing machine, or are we just using socks/leggings to cover them?

Dress socks my good sir, dress socks! They last about two events worth of fighting and are great for the weight pushing close to about and 1.5 oz

Mercaine is making shields later for however so much money (Shields are obviously more expensive) I'm contemplating making some shields like mine for people, more on that later.

Okay, you'll probably want to split the cost of the tech-ply with someone, you can get two shields out of one sheet, and you need two rolls of foam, four nuts&bolts, spray adhesive (super 77, one can SHOULD do) and something for the strap, you should be able to get seat belt straps at walk mart... I think. Oh and stuff for the cover.... I'll go with you sometime to get that stuff.
