The administrators met tonight to go over some stuff for the realm. In the spirit of being more open, I'm posting the minutes here. This was a spur of the moment thing. There will be more meetings, to which everyone will be invited. If you have questions, ask an admin or comment on a separate thread.

Maethodoron Meeting Minutes 9/9/09

Meetings: Some will be Public, Advertised in advance.
Badon
Weapon building beforehand
Nova makes maces
Merc makes swords
Shields: expensive: $45-50
Covers are coming around Before badon if possible

October Event: Requests for housing for travelers (4hrs or more)
Maeth Belt Flags
Awards: Service to Realm, Coordinating Events Giving rides, donating time/goods
Navy Blue w/ realm symbol duckcloth, green border. Iron on patch: white tree
Reegers event: Merc and Lucius will go and ask them
Realm only with invite
Board Moderation: NO off topic posts in important threads. They will be deleted
HC Service Hours are given out for service to the realm.
Weapons Checked Every other Week at practice.
We’ll fail for dog ears and weight more
Tested like at event.
Archer safety course: Taught by Nova
Red safety course: Taught by Lucius

I would like to get involved with the awards before any final decisions are made.
That board moderation rule should only apply to distracting posts, sometimes a good chuckle is nice..
