Because we realize that many trials set before individuals are specifically designed to be taxing we've thought twice about allowing such trials to to be made for our fighters. However, it would not be fair for anyone to be disallowed the opportunity to attempt any trials yet, for the safety of our members we believe that trials must be witnessed by a Maethodoron representative. Trials are often a very important aspect of MANY units and going through one is often very important to a member of that unit.
As realm mates we should try to encourage the ambitions of one another and support one of our fighters undergoing a trial with our attendance (obviously it's not a requirement, but a gesture that shouldn't be over looked.)
We have decided that at any trial for a Maethodoron member at least 1 non-unit member MUST attend in order for you to participate, this means inside and outside of the realm. This rule DOES apply to everyone, I will have to have a Maeth member present when I attempt to become a brother of Order of Tauren, just as someone would have to attend a beat in. We understand that these trials are supposed to be a challenge! No is meant to interfere so long as the rules of Dagorhir are being followed!
Please everyone understand that we want anybody attempting to achieve a higher status to do well, we just want to make sure that they do so in a manner that is safe and abides by the rules of Dagorhir.

Because I wasn't clear above. The witness doesn't have to be an admin, it just has to be someone that isn't in the unit basically a neutral party.
