hello my dag family i want to let you all know as of tuesday night i was lifeflighted to pirrsburgh upmc shadyside i has a heart attack i am now home resting comfortably if i can find a way tommorrow i would love to come see you all at practice i now will not be fighting for a longer while in dag but will try to be there to help with anything i can now that i will not be working for 3 months i will need to find something to take up my free time so i am not bored here at home

Wow, I am happy you are feeling better man! We'll keep you in touch with stuff to do! there's going to be a lot coming up with events that won't just involve fighting and will be able to keep you involved.
the most important thing right now is that you just get some rest and feel better! Sorry it took a bit for me to reply i had no idea. Feel better and just take a load off!
