We discussed bank accounts, our bank account will be opened within the next few days I believe and statements will be posted for all to see.
Also, we talked about each camping event having a camp master. the camp master will be a volunteer changing with each event, it's the camp master's responsibility to make sure that every helps to clean up before leaving the event, they also take care of collecting money for firewood, setting up the rope wall (maeth will be purchasing the supplies for this) and making sure torches/lanterns (which maeth is also buying) will be lit. The camp master also needs to make sure that everyone is properly registered and has paid for the event, this shouldn't be too much of a task, but if they hear someone hasn't paid or filled out a waiver they just need to tell them to do so. Typically the camp master will arrive first and leave last.
We discussed locations for the winter event, blue spruce is our back up, many locations were shot down because of their occupation capacity. Right now we are looking at two sportsmans clubs Red barn and one in Shelocta. More on those later when I call them.
Our next bi-monthly is probably going to be held in the same place on December 12th. This will be a pot luck, the way it will work is if you bring a dish (one that will feed enough people) your admission is free, otherwise you pay 2 dollars. Please post what dishes you will bring beforehand so that we can make sure to have enough food.
We will be having a private meeting about the by laws and then having a public meeting about them at the December 6th practice so that we can get those into effect ASAP with everyone's input.
Please post any questions in the general board.
