i like the idea of just having far away people on just a waiting list in stead of pre paying. for the sake of making money so we dont go in debt on this, i think anyone who doesnt let us know they intend to come should pay the higher price. i thinks its easy enough to get ahold of information (i sent the winter event info to members of at least 5 units) to know how to get in touch with us or pre-reg. people in realm really dont have reason not to pre-reg and i think if all maeth who is going pre-pays, then it will help us with affording things so people need to put in less of their own money to make sure this event happens
