Winter Event Housing in the Dorms

IUP students who live in the residence halls are allowed to invite guests to stay in their rooms. We will have to look into the policies to be exactly sure how many people can stay in a dorm for how long. We think its 2 guests per room for 3 days at a time. This means dag friends can stay friday night, so they dont have to leave at the crack of dawn to drive, then go to the event, stay saturday night, and leave sunday.

If you're in the dorms and are willing to open your room to friends in dagorhir (ask your roomate first) then volunteer here. We want to keep guests in the 18-22 age range and we prefer you actually know the people who are invited.

Chances are, anyone that hasnt been to a winter event or inter-realm event arent going to know anyone that is coming.

almost all of our fighters have been to at least one event. i think the issue is going to be convincing roommates

...and then there's me, who doesn't really have a problem in convincing my roommate (she's told me before that she doesn't mind other people staying over in our dorm), but I've never been to an event before....

i know some girls who could probly stay with you, and i know they'll behave because im required by unit law to abuse goblins.

right now we have 1 girl who we will likely be placing with michelle

we need room for i believe up to 8 guys (all urk kuldar right now). i can take 2 so that leaves 6 more people to find housing for for 2 days
