I would like to be there on the 21st for the ROTC thing and i will be if i can.
But i do have a concern about WarSong being on the 18th. I don't think we would get very many out of realm people to come since it is the Sunday before Gates of Fire. We usually got some Angaron people out and stuff like that. But with the date being so close we might not. Would it be possible to have it on or around the 10th or 11th? Since that is after Easter but two weeks before Gates of Fire?

The 10th actually doesn't work for me I know, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't work for Helena either. We actually kind of wanted to have Warsong be more laid back than our other bimonthly events - so we figured we'd do it the week before and not get so many out of realm people. That's the reasoning behind our decision. If other people want to step up and plan it and everyone wants to do it the 11th, I guess we could. We just have to decide ASAP.

i think it was 2 weeks before gates last year. i thought the point of bimonthlies was to get people from out of realm. i know if its almost all maeth people, id just go back home because i wont pay to practice witht the same people i do anyways. theres still plenty of time to plan it for the 11th and if we do in in the Grove again theres really nothing to do but let other realms and units know about it

Yeah, since we haven't had a lot of time to plan this event, and it's going to be right before gates, we're making it super informal. If we have food, we'll ask people to donate either money or food of their own. Eoin got it right.
