1/2 inch pvc blue sword

I know this is out of the ordinary for me to ask about. But does anyone have a good method for building a blue sword on a 1/2 inch pvc core?

The method of sword building i use now is for fiberglass and thinner stuff than pvc. I havent built anything on pvc in a long time. If anyone has a good method let me know or if they have a link to a tutorial somewhere, please post it here.

can use the exact same styles, just make the gap for the core a bit wider. but if Dro has taught us anything this year, its that 1/2" pvc core snaps in battle

I always built on 3/4 inch when I was using PVC. I used the box method if I was building a double edged weapon or more of a hot dog bun method for a single edged weapon.
