This is a video tutorial on youtube made by Brutus of Rome. For a Modular Arrow Head. If you can get all the materials used in the video, thats great. But you can substitute different types of foam. Or maybe his videos can help you create a different way to make the arrows. This is how i made my arrows and i love them.
And i am going to do the same tutorial he has on Paint, so maybe it will help if you see it up close and you wont have to keep going back in the video. So here it is.
