Hey, a lot of people were asking us about coming to Maeth's winter event this year. Do we have any details on what's going on this year?

not yet. i know I havent been contacted by Blue Spruce about renting a place. Our current only option is to hold it in the same location as last year since its the only lodge that will be open. We are planning either Feb 5 or 12 but havent decided a date because we dont know if the building will be free those days. I'm contacting them again right now to see what we can get.

correction. i'm printing out the application and we'll be setting up a meeting with Lucius and Nova asap to get all the details hammered.
and since we can book the lodge for next year up to a full YEAR in advance (within one week of the previous booking) I think its best that we take profits from the event and put it directly into renting it for next semester and making the plans for it that year in advance. We'll know EXACTLY how much money we'll have for the rest of the year to still come out knowing we have our time and place.

ok so i cant find an updated anything on the Winter Event for 2011 so Ill throw everything i know up here. Or at least everything i can remember. I dont have internet access at all except once in a while. Like once every 2 weeks. So i cant believe info on our own event wasnt put up on our own boards already. So here it goes.
Where and When: The Maethodoron Winter Event is Saturday February 5th 2011. At the Blue Spruce Lodge. (Same place as the last 4 years).
Price: $10 Pre-Reg. $12 at the door day of. Pre-Reg money can be given to Vors, Izad or Mason or a check made out payable to this will be forthcoming and mailed to 400 Malibu Drive, Indiana PA 15701.
Weapons Check opens at 10:30am. You can arrive starting at 9:00am.
