yeah, the weekend of the 6th will be our best week, so we have everyone moved in and we've done some freshman recruitment.
are we planning on any kind of cook out/pot luck/etc?

yeah cash is gonna be a big influence over this. idk if iup would be ok with us setting up a grill on campus and we dont have many other other places to do food

Yeah I'm thinking we will probably forgoe the cookout portion of the welcome back event, and just have some snacks at the field. So if anyone can bring snacks to the field, and possible some sort of drink that might not b e water, we will be able to do well!

I don't know if I will be able to make it to this. My uncle is taking me to the Pittsburgh Renaisaince Faire that weekend as a kinda belated birthday gift. I'm not sure if it will be on Saturday or Sunday. Heres hoping it's Saturday. *crosses fingers*

So hey...taking a grill on campus, is really not the best idea if you want to not cross the nice campus police.
However! There are public grills within easy walking distance at Mack Park and if you ya'll can arange rides, there is always Blue Spruce.

actually going to mack Park after if we want to cook out is a good idea. but is anyone willing to chip in for meat and such? im willing to help cook if we do it, but i cant afford to buy much
