We haven't even factored in insurance for seph mack though. Helena also needs to help us set up a budget. The admins need to have a meeting on this and we need to all see the place.

We can not get insurance. We have the waivers and have to rely on those.

the campout idea would be great in a warm month. no one in their right minds, not even the orks, want to camp out in mid winter.
i dont think cost is going to be too much issue this year, especially if we up the price a bit. merc judged costs at around $500, 100 people (a reasonable number) at the same $10 gives us $1000, a 100% increase. more people means more profit and easier to make up for any debts we end up in. its just a matter of getting the startup cash. we need to compile around $600 just to be on the safe side and worry about attendees paying after we know how much we plan to spend

Sorry I couldn't make it, life happens. But, I do intend to attend Gates again this year and meet our new members as well as catch up with old friends, hope everyone has a good time and see you all soon.

itll great to be able to see you again morguinness. it was great seeing alot of our old friends in realm who havent been out in a long time.
i think today went pretty well. numbers were decent, fighting was fun, and i got some useless people's scalps
